With the rapid growth of corporate world and the tremendous competition, a new trend has emerged of Corporate Team Building . The world has seen rapid communications revolution; the growth of global market and the high demand on specialization and division of labour. People whether from different domains, need to move in different circle of people, handling new competitions in the market etc. Hence, corporate felt the need to incorporate techniques to help people adapt to the new requirements and get along well in different groups. One of the most common methods is Team Building Activities . For most organisations today team building is a common practice and they exercise team building events at either department level or company level at least once a year. At last all the individual work is combined to form one medley work of art. Thus everyone contributes to one shared goal. 17 Cuisine Team: This indoor activity works with the goal creative cooking a work arena for most and linking into the wonders of pioneering course creation. 18 Drumming Workshop: This indoor activity is psychological tool for team building and communication. Each member is taught how to play the drum and listen to music. Then they are divided into teams and each team is taught upbeat dynamics of rhythm, percussion, beat and music. 19 Together We Can: This outdoor activity is to enhance co-operation through non-competitive team building in a day. Each team contributes to one large task, passing their work over to the next team in a briefing.  20 Treasure Hunt: This outdoor activity involves solving secret clues, completing amusing tasks and collecting dashing souvenirs as a set of teams. All of this along with enhancing your communication, planning and time-management skills. Team building activities can only be successful when there is a structured programme to meet the goals.
